Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Broomly (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

Broomly is provided as a paid application distributed through the Mac App Store. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the App on any Mac that you own or control, subject to the App Store usage rules and Apple's standard End User License Agreement.

Free Trial

Broomly offers a 7-day free trial with full functionality. At the end of the trial period, organizing features are disabled until you purchase the lifetime license. The trial begins on first launch and runs for 7 consecutive calendar days.

Lifetime Purchase

Broomly is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase via the Mac App Store for the price displayed at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases beyond the initial unlock. Pricing is set by the developer and may change over time — you pay the price displayed when you purchase. Family Sharing is supported where enabled by the developer and permitted by Apple.

Use of the App

You are responsible for reviewing the proposed file moves shown in the App's preview before confirming them. The App records every move and provides undo functionality, but you remain responsible for your files. Broomly is designed to move files within your Downloads folder and does not delete files, but no software is perfect — verify important files before organizing.

Limitation of Liability

Broomly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or misplacement of files. The App's undo history and preview features are designed to minimize risk, but they do not eliminate it entirely.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
